Living to Die or Dying to Live?
Will you live each day to the fullest, or will you let your fears control you?
When a man knows he is to be hanged in a fortnight, it concentrates his mind wonderfully.
DR. JOHNSON
Everyone is committing suicide. The eternal, blissful, natural State has been smothered by this ignorant life.
Sri Ramana Maharshi
It's a widely held belief that this physical life is preparation for the next phase of existence, which is non physical.
Exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
I Timothy 4:7-8 NKJV
You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules.
II Timothy 2:1, 3-6 NKJV
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life.
I Timothy 6:11-12 NKJV
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:1-2 NKJV
Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.
I Corinthians 9:24-27 NKJV
In other words, ego life and attachments dissolve after death and we are then able to experience and integrate what we’ve learned while in physical life into non physical life. This process can begin while we’re still alive.
However, many people tend to fear death because they’re attached to the material world and their ego identities. It’s important to remember that death is a natural transition that we all go through. There is nothing to be afraid of. When we let go of our attachment to the physical world and our egos, we can begin to tap into the wisdom of the non physical realm and experience a more fulfilling existence here and now!
And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses or forfeits himself?
Luke 9:23-27
What Happens Immediately After We Die?
The exact details of what happens immediately after we die are unknown. However, it's generally believed that our consciousness leaves our physical bodies and enters into a realm of energy known as the astral plane.
On the astral plane, we are able to access knowledge and wisdom that goes beyond our limited human understanding. We are also able to communicate with other beings who have transitioned out of their physical bodies. This communication is known as "psychic communication" or "telepathy."
Learning to do these things consciously while still physical , we can traverse the actual experience of “transitioning” and experience the seamlessness of physical and non- physical life now! It’s also useful to build skill with direct knowing(intuition), telepathy, empathy, and inter-dimensional travel now in preparation for nonphysical life! As this Age progresses, we will not need to die and be born to experience both the nonphysical and physical aspects of ourselves we may descend and ascend.
And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.
John 1:51
What is the Purpose of Life?
The purpose of life, according to many spiritual traditions, is to gain knowledge and wisdom so that we can evolve spiritually. By incarnating into physical bodies and experiencing life in a limited way, we can learn essential lessons that help us grow on a soul level.
Spiritual growth doesn't happen overnight; it's a gradual process that occurs over many lifetimes. Ego death is a term used in psychology to describe the moment when the ego, or sense of self, dies. This can happen as a result of trauma, but it can also happen as a result of simply embracing death(submission).
Ego death is often seen as a negative experience, but it can actually be quite positive. During ego death, we are no longer attached to our ego or our sense of self,we crack the veil of the flesh (Heb 10:20 and 2 Cor.3:12-16)and are liberated to experience more of the Source of non-physical Life we are ie.. Christ, Source, Energy, etc.- this can be a very freeing experience, and it can help us to see the world in a new light!
During ego death, we are able to confront our fears ,unconsciousness, fixed or stuck emotions, paradigms and limiting beliefs. In physical life, habitual emotions and beliefs become rooted in our energy body through repetition. When we leave our physical body, we live and travel in your energy body, and these ingrained patterns are still there so we have to learn to let go of resistance.
Ultimately, ego death is a natural process that can lead to growth and evolution -after ego death, we enter into a new phase of existence where we are more in touch with our true nature. This transition can be difficult, but it is ultimately incredibly rewarding!
How Can We Embrace Death?
Embracing death is a process of letting go of the ego, or the accumulated sense of self in this life. This can be done through a number of different methods, mainly suffering but including meditation ie self-reflection, therapy, and plant medicine, etc.
Ego death is often associated with enlightenment, or a sense of freedom from the ego. However, it can also be a powerful tool for processing trauma and removing fear-based patterns and attachments. When we submit to the process of "carrying our cross" and "denying our selves", we are able to see our traumas and fixations more clearly.
We can also see how our attachments and fears are blocking us from living our best life ie the flow of the Life of God/divinity through us . Dying to self(artificial self or intelligence) is not easy, but it is an essential process for anyone who wants to heal their traumas, remove their blocks and integrate their physical and non-physical into ONE!
Ego death is a process of losing our attachment to our ego, or artificial manufactured sense of self. This can be a scary prospect, as our ego is what gives us a sense of identity, safety and "security" in the world. However, ego death is also an opportunity to let go of all the baggage that comes with our egoic -attachments and it's corresponding fears.
By facing our fears and releasing our attachments, we can start to live more fully in the present moment. This can be a difficult process, but it is also an incredibly liberating one!
On a spiritual level, it's important to let go of attachments—such as attachments to material possessions or ego identities—so that we can enter the astral plane with as much clarity and awareness and as little baggage as possible.
Conclusion:
Death is a natural transition that we all will go through at some point. It's nothing to be afraid of; instead, it should be embraced as an opportunity for spiritual growth and evolution. There are many things we can do to embrace the concept and technology of death, both on a practical level and on a spiritual level in the here and now. By submitting ourselves mentally, spiritually and emotionally, we can traverse and transcend time, space and matter and enjoy the benefits of non-physical Life NOW!
Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.
Matthew 16:28 KJV
